We also asked all of the women surveyed to provide feedback regarding how often they used their business plans and the importance of their daily sales and administrative processes. 80% of them revealed that their business plans had been critical to launching and staying on track during the first 3-5 years in business. A few of them stated that they had to revamp their business plans after adding partners and expanding into the global market. Of all of the women surveyed, 95% also revealed that their continued success relies significantly on following consistent sales strategies and implementing practical daily processes. The proof is in the numbers. Despite the challenges of entrepreneurship, when you can implement the correct planning and processes and execute well, it's usually worth it in the end.
